Job Description:
Provide comprehensive care to patients with substance use disorders, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments to evaluate addiction severity, medical history, and co-occurring conditions, Developing personalized treatment plans, providing counseling and education to patients and their families regarding addiction, recovery, and harm reduction, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address holistic patient needs, and Prescribe medications (e.g., buprenorphine, naloxone) for opioid use disorder and manage medication-assisted treatment.
