Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in a law firm setting to join our in-office team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and client-focused, with a proven track record of managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a caseload of active personal injury cases from start to finish
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and answering questions
Collect, review, and organize client documentation, medical records, and billing
Schedule and track medical treatment, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events
Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in the case management system
Coordinate with medical providers, experts, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Assist attorneys in preparing settlement demands, mediation materials, and trial prep
Ensure all deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently toward resolution
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing personal injury cases in a law firm
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service skills
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Familiarity with Florida court procedures and personal injury practices
