Position Overview

The Divisional Controller will serve as a key financial leader, responsible for driving financial planning, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights that shape operational and business outcomes. This role combines finance, strategy, and leadership to deliver measurable impact at both the divisional and enterprise levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning process to align financial strategy with business objectives.
• Cash Flow Management : Oversee both daily operations and long-term cash flow planning to safeguard liquidity and financial stability.
• Business Partnership : Collaborate with leadership to analyze operational performance, providing actionable insights and strategies that improve results.
• Compliance & Controls : Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mergers & Acquisitions : Direct financial due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements across finance functions to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Reporting & Insights : Deliver timely, accurate reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with divisional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, either in public accounting with manufacturing clients or as a direct employee within the sector.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 .
• Annual performance bonus.
• Hybrid work environment with monthly travel to headquarters (St. Mary’s, PA) and other divisional offices (3–5 days each).
