Hiring multiple Data Entry Associates for large tech company! MUST be located in the Bellevue or Seattle area.Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our corporate communications team in a short-term capacity. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.

• Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.

• Complete high volume tasks with precision and within set deadlines.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of related work experience.

• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High attention to detail, well organized, and self-starter.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets.

Work Environment

This role is onsite in Bellevue, providing an opportunity to work directly within a dynamic and fast-paced corporate setting. The environment is equipped with the latest technology to support efficient data management and entry processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
