🎯 Role OverviewAs an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll help execute engaging in-person events that unite communities around meaningful charitable campaigns. You’ll assist with event logistics, promote nonprofit missions, and foster genuine connections that inspire public support.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events
Manage signage, branded materials, and inventory at event locations
Coordinate logistics for retail and community-based campaigns
Promote nonprofit initiatives through direct, face-to-face public engagement
Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all attendees
Collect and report data to help improve campaign outcomes
Support team members and assist in onboarding new hires
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Passionate about nonprofit work and community involvement
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
