Farm Hand Part-Time : Dixon , Illinois

Our customer in Dixon, Illinois is seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to assist with a variety of tasks on their farm. We’re recruiting a Part-Time Farm Hand to work on 1st shift with flexible hours that will increase during the harvest season. If you enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable around animals and machinery, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities of the Farm Hand:

• Assist with general farm maintenance and odd jobs as needed
• Drive a tractor behind a combine during harvest
• Help with care and feeding of farm animals
• Support with bean and corn field tasks
• Clean and maintain barns, pens, and equipment

Farm Hand Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior farming or agricultural experience required
• Ability to drive a tractor
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Flexibility with schedule—weekend work may be required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Must pass a 5-panel drug test

Pay for Farm Hand : Starting at $18/hour.
