Salary: $120,000-200,000

Position Overview
Are you a Litigation Attorney looking for a career in Lemon Law? CyberCoders is working with a prominent Los Angeles Lemon Law Firm seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney for immediate direct hire. No prior experience in lemon law required... just a willingness to learn!

This candidate will be responsible for representing consumers against car manufacturers in cases involving defective vehicles, and advocating for their rights under California Lemon Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research on Lemon Law cases and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
• Developing and executing litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Preparing legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conducting depositions and taking witness statements.
• Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing with the state bar.
• Experience in litigation strategy.
• Lemon law experience is a major plus.
• Federal civil procedure experience is a big plus.
• Experience with discovery, motions, and settlements.
• Nice to have: Trial experience
