Marketing Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and brand-savvy individual to join our growing marketing team as a Marketing Content Specialist. This position plays a critical role in creating and managing engaging content across multiple channels to support both national brand initiatives and individual franchisee needs. This includes email marketing, social media content creation, website copywriting, and branded materials. In addition, this individual will work directly with franchisees to provide marketing support, offer guidance on local marketing execution, and ensure alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, highly organized, and passionate about building consistent, compelling marketing across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content for company-wide email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers
• Manage MassageLuXe social media channels including content calendars, post creation, and community engagement
• Write compelling copy for websites, marketing collateral, blog posts, ad campaigns, and internal communications
• Partner with franchisees to provide marketing support, including local advertising strategies, social content, and promotional ideas
• Maintain and update marketing assets in the franchisee marketing portal (LuXe Web)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and esthetics teams to support key business initiatives
• Track performance metrics for content and campaigns and optimize based on results
• Help ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and messaging with the MassageLuXe brand voice
• Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitive content strategies
• Other duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing software, and basic graphic editing tools
• Experience supporting a franchise or multi-location business is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with content analytics and performance reporting
• Creative, collaborative, and self-motivated

Compensation:

$50,000 annually + benefits
