What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading projects from start to finish including proposals, scope, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and final delivery.
• Building and maintaining great relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Representing the company at industry events and helping to grow its brand through new client connections.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, open to experience from the APM or PM side.
• Expertise in ground-up construction and renovations commercial construction projects.
• No degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship skills to navigate the fast-paced construction industry.
• A passion for growing with a high-energy, entrepreneurial team.
• Local presence to the Northern Virginia / DC area.
