Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction project management to lead and oversee the project in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

We’re representing a leading consultancy delivering complex and mission-critical projects across the Southwest. They are seeking a construction project manager to oversee a major data center development in Austin , leading from design through to final delivery.

Key highlights of the role:

• Lead the design management process for a hyperscale data center , coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to scope
• Collaborate with design professionals and technical experts to solve challenges and maintain alignment with evolving project goals
• Ensure adherence to design standards, client specifications, and mission-critical requirements
• Work closely with cost and commercial teams to manage budget, procurement, and contract administration
• Candidates must bring a strong background in design or design management, ideally with exposure to technical or large-scale infrastructure projects
