Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the remodel and reconfiguration of a mission-critical Communications Center. This is a complex, multi-phase project involving numerous stakeholders and specialized infrastructure needs. The ideal candidate will bring a background in construction project management, with expertise in low-voltage systems, electrical planning, and fire suppression systems—comparable to work done in data center environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the floor remodel and physical reorganization of the Communications Center.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, engineers, and contractors to ensure timelines and specifications are met.
• Oversee construction planning and execution, particularly for infrastructure elements including low-voltage wiring, power systems, and fire suppression.
• Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress clearly and proactively to all parties involved.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Familiarity with mission-critical or technical environments (e.g., data centers, communications hubs).
• Hands-on knowledge of low-voltage systems, electrical infrastructure, and fire suppression systems.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with competing timelines.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• PMP certification a plus.
