Our client, a leader in the construction tools and equipment industry, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic sales team supporting distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven work ethic, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and manage relationships with existing distributor customers and identify new distributor opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with key end-users to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Strengthen existing distributor relationships and provide support in sales planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with distributors to execute marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring proper representation of products in catalogs, flyers, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Identify and participate in trade shows and industry events to build visibility and generate leads.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or outside sales, ideally within a distributor-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A results-driven work ethic with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in virtual communication tools, with an emphasis on face-to-face relationship building.
• Experience in the construction tools and equipment industry is an asset.
